Refunds

We would rather you be glad than stuck.

Monthly plans Cancel whenever you like. Your stories continue until the end of the month you have paid for, and the next month is not charged. We do not refund a month already started.

Yearly and founding plans If it is not for you, tell us within thirty days of your first yearly charge and we will refund it in full. After thirty days, cancel to stop the next renewal; the rest of the year keeps coming.

Gifts A gift can be refunded in full any time before the family's first story is sent. After that it follows the plan it was bought on.

Mistakes Charged twice, charged after cancelling, charged for a plan you did not pick? Write to support@herealittle.com and we will put it right the same week, no questions asked.

How to ask Email support@herealittle.com from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the card or account that paid, usually within five business days.
